Ernest Remy is a Grand Cru vintner located in Mailly-Champagne, on the north-facing slopes of the Montagne de Reims. The exceptional Grand Cru terroirs are expressed to craft complex wines.
Ernest Remy’s vines are carefully distributed across the Grand Cru regions of Mailly-Champagne and Verzenay. Here, Pinot Noir is king. It is a lauded grape variety in this area of the Grande Montagne de Reims. Promising stunning alliances, some of the estate’s plots - chosen for the soil’s characteristics and their exposure to the sun - are planted with Chardonnay. This allows the creation of our rare Paradoxe cuvée.
