Tasting Notes

Elegant and delicate bubble. Mineral nose, chalk, almost iodized. Hint of honey. In the aeration, juice of pear, licorice, becomes almost coffee. Soft mouth, mousse texture. Tertiary notes of aged Côte de Sézanne chardonnay present biscuit, almond and honey.

Cédric Guyot is an independent grower champagne producer from Fontaine-Denis in the  Côte de Sézanne  sub region of Champagne, France. He uses certified sustainable (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) farming practices on his 5.80 hectare, three-generational vineyard. All vines were planted by Cédric Guyot's grandfather in 1965.
